We look to make a strong start to the season: Al Khor coach Andre Lima

Al Khor coach Andre Lima spoke to the media ahead of their 2020-21 season QNB Stars League Week 1 match against Al Arabi.

“Preparations for the Al Arabi match were good although there was not enough time to prepare for the first week of the new season after we played the play-off against Al Markhiya on 28th August.

“We are looking to make a strong start to the new season. For that matter, all clubs are looking forward to that.

“There is no doubt that Al Arabi is an organised team having reputed players. We are much focused on the new season. We will work to score victory and three points,” said Andre Lima.

Al Khor player Abdullah Al Moraisi said, “I hope our start is successful and strong, and that we get points from every match. We have the ability to beat Al Arabi.

“I am happy to have my chance, thank God. I hope to give my best to the team in the new season, which will be difficult. We are targeting a better position than in the past seasons.”
