Iraqi players Rebin Solaka and Ahmed Yasin rejoined the Al Khor squad on Tuesday after doing duty for their country during the international break.

Tunisian coach Adel Sellimi’s wards resumed their training after a day’s rest following their 2-1 win over Al Sailiya in the QSL Cup’s first round last Sunday.

Al Khor are struggling in the QNB Stars League, in the 11th position with just a point after four rounds of action.

Although their Week 5 match against Al Sadd has been postponed due to The Wolves’ AFC Champions League second-leg quarterfinal against Iran’s Esteghlal on 17th September, Al Khor’s technical staff are keen that the players stay in good shape as they bid to improve their ranking.

Al Khor are looking to replace Ulysse Ndong, whose contract with the club was recently ended by mutual consent, and thus complete their quota of professional players.
