18:15 kick-off at Al Ahli Stadium

Umm Salal face Al Khor in Week 2 of the 2020-21 season QNB Stars League. The kick-off is at 18:15 at the Al Ahli Stadium on Tuesday, 8th September, 2020.

Umm Salal, under the tutelage of Moroccan Aziz Ben Askar, are determined not to leave it late, like they did last season when they managed to finish 10th after being on the brink of relegation. The Orange Fortress even occupied the bottom of the table at one stage.

However, Umm Salal, who reinforced the squad in the new season, got off to a losing start, bowing 0-3 to holders Al Duhail.

On the other hand, Al Khor showed signs of putting up a far better performance this season as they staged a brilliant fightback against Al Arabi, forcing a last-gasp 2-2 draw after being down by two goals. The Knights will be keen to avoid a similar situation.
