Al Khor have a tough task on hand when they are up against Al Duhail in Week 13 of the QNB Stars League on Saturday, 24th November. The kick-off is at 16:00 at the Al Khor Stadium.

Al Duhail are leading the QNB Stars League standings with 31 points. They have 10 victories and one draw from 11 games, and are the only unbeaten side so far in the tournament.

The Red Knights’ goal difference is +25, the best after Al Sadd’s +35. Al Duhail have scored 32 goals and conceded only seven, the least among the 12 teams.

Al Duhail also have a formidable attack line that includes last two season’s league top scorer Yousef El Arabi. So all that will make Al Khor’s task tougher, like they learned from their first-leg match when they lost to the defending champions by a 0-6 margin.

Al Duhail also have a match in hand, their Week 9 fixture against Al Sadd that was rescheduled due to the latter’s AFC Champions League game. It will be played on 11th December.

Al Khor too have a game in hand, their Week 5 match against Al Sadd which was postponed to 28th November owing to The Wolves’ AFC Champions League commitment.

Al Khor are 11th with eight points (two wins, as many draws and seven defeats). They have a goal difference of -13 (eight goals for and 21 against).

The Knights must collect points at this stage in order to stay away from the danger zone.

Al Duhail suffered a setback as South Korean midfielder Nam Tae-Hee suffered an injury while doing duty for his country during the international break.

In Round 3 of the QSL Cup, Al Duhail drew 1-1 with Umm Salal and Al Khor defeated Al Ahli 3-1.
