Mihajlovic’s comments following San Siro defeat

Coach Sinisa Mihajlovic had the following to say following tonight’s loss:

“The match was quite a balanced affair and we remained in it until the end. Certain episodes made the difference today. Milan have Ibrahimovic and we don’t, he created all the danger. Did we drop too deep in spells? The strength of the opposition played a part in this. It must be said, however, that we had them pinned back in the final 15 minutes. As regards the transfer window, we’ve decided to take a chance on young players, we don’t have the luxury of bringing in a player who could change the team. If an attacker like Supriaha were to come in, I’d very much like that. We have good lads with lots of potential, and for me the important thing today was the fact that the team never gave up and always tried to play expansive football.”
