Asked by Manchester Evening News about his upcoming future, Manchester City captain and Belgian international centre-back Vincent Kompany (32): "I'm lucky enough to be in great terms with the club, so that I don't need to hurry up on my decisions. And that goes for the club itself as well. I'm ambitious, and I want to keep playing on the higher ground, but, as I was saying, there's no need to hurry". Playing for Citizens since 2008/09, Kompany is likely to leave PL giants next summer, as a free agent, due to many injuries occuring him throughout last two seasons.
