I expect a tough battle against Al Sailiya: Al Duhail coach Regragui

Al Duhail coach Walid Regragui spoke to the media ahead of their 2019-20 QNB Stars League Week 17 match against Al Sailiya.

“The match will be difficult because we will face a team that is going through good times. They achieved excellent results in the league and are coming from back-to-back victories, against Qatar SC and Al Gharafa. So I expect a tough battle against Al Sailiya.

“The Al Sailiya match comes after the postponement of our game in the third round of 2020 AFC Champions League against Sharjah. That is a positive for our team, which is suffering from some injuries. We also have some players coming back from their injuries.

“We should be at the top of the focus against Al Sailiya and play strongly on the field. Now we have the return of Almoez Ali, Mario Mandzukic, Luis Martin and Mohamed Imad, and that is good for us.

“There is no doubt that winning against Al Sailiya will be good, but it will not give us the title. We have to look at all the matches with big importance,” said Regragui.
