All QNB Stars League clubs have completed the second round of Coronavirus (Covid-19) tests as per the schedule set following each team’s entry into their team hotels, and according to the general plan and protocol developed ahead of the resumption of 2019-20 season QNB Stars League.

Al Arabi were the last team to undergo the second tests, on Wednesday, 1st July, 2020, at their team hotel, in co-operation with the Ministry of Public Health and Aspetar hospital, having completed a period of 14 days in hotel.

Al Duhail squad members had completed the procedures on Tuesday and decided to leave the team hotel for home quarantine, after signing pledges to adhere to all preventive measures stipulated in the general protocol approved by the clubs, players and technical as well as administrative staff.

It may be noted that the test process will continue periodically, twice a week, in co-operation with the Ministry of Public Health and Aspetar hospital. If any of the team staff fails to do so or does not comply with these tests or in the event of a positive result, he will become ineligible to participate in training and matches.
