Idle since summer 2017, French 33-year old left-back Benoit Tremoulinas announced having retired from professional football. Former Bordeaux (whose team he was training together with), Saint-Etienne, Dynamo Kyiv and Sevilla FC player stated: "I've tried it all, in order to get back to the ground. But I had to surrender, after three surgery sessions undergone during last two years and a half. I can't simply get fit enough to start playing again anymore".
