Al-Sadd qualify for QSL Cup quarterfinals, players get break until January 6

Al-Sadd booked their place in the quarterfinals of the QSL Cup after drawing 2-2 with Al-Khor in the Group B – Round 4 match. This means that Al-Sadd’s next and final group game will be inconsequential, as they are guaranteed to finish in the top four.

Meanwhile, the first team players were given a break from training after the game. The team is now scheduled to resume training on Sunday, January 6 to begin preparations for the upcoming QSL Cup games and the resumption of the QNB Stars League.
