While Matthijs De Ligt is set to leave Ajax, Eredivisie side, according to De Telegraaf, are planning to sign Dutch international defensive all-rounder Tim Fosu-Mensah (21). Playing for Fulham as a loanee, however, his parent club, Manchester United, might be planning to make him part of their first-team big picture.
