The first team media coordinator Mohammed Bashir Al Sulaiti asserted that the team is ready for the confrontation against Persepolis team in the quarter-finals of the AFC champions league .

Bashir said in a statement to the club website :" We completed all the technical and administrative preparations for the team's match against Persepolis Iranian team and i think our players are ready for this match and achieve the perfect result that will make them play in the away match with big relief "

Bashir continued by : " We know that Persepolis will not be easy and we respect its desire in reaching the semi-finals but Al Duhail have big ambitations in this season and its players want to continue achieving victories especially that Al Duhail is the only team in the championship that was able to achieve victory in all its matches where it won in 6 matches in the Group league and achieved victory over Al Ain in the round of 16 " .

Bashir concluded by : " Now Al Duhail has the chance to contiue achieving victories and i wish we achieve what we seek for with the support of the fans of the Qatari football and Al Duhail fans as their attendence to Khalifa stadium and presenting support is very important and will give the players motivation to achieve victory "
