Al Gharafa coach Christian Gourcuff said his players were in good shape during the QSL Cup final against Al Duhail.

"They showed great concentration and that helped the team win the final and thus retain the cup. Our players succeeded technically and tactically against such a strong side as Al Duhail," said Gourcuff.
The Frenchman said the success had boosted their morale and that his team now had greater motivation to perform well in the upcoming games, highlighting it was a good team work.

The QSL Cup triumph will no doubt spur us to improve our performance in the rest of the season. He hailed the players and team management for lifting the trophy for the second consecutive season.
