The Al-Sadd football first team concluded preparations for the upcoming 2019 AFC Champions League Group D clash with Persepolis with a final training session on Monday evening.
Head coach Jesualdo Ferreira announced the 18-man-squad for the game after the end of the session. Boualem Khoukhi made his return to the squad after missing the last game against Al-Ahli.
The squad is as follows: Saad Al-Dosari, Meshaal Barsham, Pedro Miguel, Abdelkarim Hassan, Jung Woo-young, Ali Asad, Hassan Al-Haydos, Baghdad Bounedjah, Hamid Ismail, Gabi, Tareq Salman, Akram Afif, Boualem Khoukhi, Hassan Ahmed, Salem Al-Hajri, Yasir Abubakar, Bahaa Al-Lithy, Meshaal Ibrahim.
Later, the squad left for an overnight camp at the Torch hotel, from where they will leave for the game on Tuesday evening.
The coaching staff focused on physical exercises during the final session, while also working on light technical traning before moving on to a practice mini game.
